The recent Coronavirus Outbreak has impacted millions of people.
COVID-19, in Chinese Medicine terms is a type of “Pestilent Qi” which means pathogens that are highly infectious.
Different “Pestilent Qi” has different properties. For example COVID-19 is “Damp” in nature.
Besides taking Chinese Herbal Medicine, wearing a mask, proper diet/rest/exercise, what else could you do to further prevent COVID-19?
Today I would like to show you how to make a Chinese Herbal Sachet.
The Chinese Herbal Sachet is a sachet filled with Chinese Herbal Medicine that is aromatic and can counter the properties of diseases.
For example, if the pathogen that you would like to counter is “Cold” in nature, you will put herbs that are “Heat” in nature. If the pathogen is “Damp” in nature, you will put herbs that are “Dry” in nature. Of course, that is just in the simplest terms, there are much more theory involved in choosing/mixing the most appropriate herbs.
Study have shown that using aromatic herbs can stimulate the central nervous system to produce immunoglobulin which in turn boosts your immune system. It can also modify your nearby environment so that pathogens stand less chance to survive near you.
