However I understand that nowadays with all the entertaining cell phones or i Pads, it is not easy to sleep that early.
Therefore I am offering you a 30-day challenge!

Instructions:
- Download and Print the Attached “30 Day Sleeping Challenge Form”.
- Write Your Name.
- For the next 30 consecutive days, record the “Date”, “Lights-Out Time” and “Wake-Up Time” on the form.
- The “Notes” column is optional and you can record any sleeping related notes. For example, “Woke up two times in the middle of the night, at 3:15 am and 4:15 am”.
- If you can be asleep before 11pm for 30 consecutive days, scan or take a picture of your form, send it to yatkit.hui@alexhui.com
